22.18. The lock of a forward door

The lock of a forward door is shown on fig. 16–31.
Removal
Remove a door upholstery.
Remove an arm from a door.
Release a connector and remove the button of blocking of the lock.
Take cutting plugs and disconnect draughts from the cylinder of the lock and the external handle of opening of a door.
Turn the bottom hinges of draughts on 90 and remove them from levers of the lock of a door.
Unscrew two bolts of fastening of the lock of a door.

Disconnect a ring tip 1 (fig. 16–32) draughts of the internal handle of opening of a door from the lever of 2 managements of the lock and remove directing draughts 3 from an arm of the lock 4, preliminary having turned it on 90 .
Remove the lock from a door.
If necessary unscrew two bolts and remove a shock plate of the lock of a door.
Installation
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.

Establish draught 3 (fig. 16–33) in the lever of 1 cylinder of the lock and fix draught the cutting plug 2.
Screw on draught 3 hinge of 4 draughts.
Establish the bottom hinges of draughts on levers of the lock and turn them on 90 .
Fix the lock cylinder a lock ring.
Will put the lock into place and fix its bolts.
