21.8. Replacement brake pads forward brake BremboRemoval
Brake pads are equipped by the deterioration indicator. If the thickness brake pads less than 3 mm, in a combination of devices lights up a control lamp.
Loosen the bolts of fastening of a forward wheel, lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove a wheel.
Necessarily replace all pads on one axis of the car even if one of them is worn out only. If old brake pads establish again, before removal they are necessary for marking.
In need of replacement replace both lobbies of a brake disk. Before removal of a brake disk it is necessary to remove a support.
Fix a brake disk, having screwed in one bolt of fastening of a wheel.
Take a wire of the gauge of deterioration brake pads from an arm in a support. For this purpose a screw-driver edge squeeze out the rubber plug with a wire from an arm and turn it on 90 at first in one, then in other party.
Disconnect an electric socket of the gauge of deterioration brake pads.

Take in a direction to the car pins 2.
Remove fixing spring 3 brake pads.

Using the edge of a screw-driver inserted between the piston and internal brake pads, press the piston into a support (fig. 15–14). At piston cave-in the brake liquid is superseded from the brake cylinder in a broad tank, therefore constantly supervise liquid level in a tank, and if necessary pump out from a tank a small amount.
Remove internal brake pad.

Using the edge of a screw-driver inserted between the piston and external brake pads, press the piston into a support (fig. 15–15).
Remove external brake pad.
Installation
Do not press a brake pedal at removed brake колодках.
Clear a dust and a dirt from a support, and from edge of a brake disk – a rust. If pads are suitable to the further operation, clear their wire brush and rags.
Check up a brake disk on presence of cracks, especially round apertures under bolts of fastening of a wheel, and also with presence of deterioration or mechanical damages and if necessary replace it.

Establish brake pads in a support of a forward brake.
Establish on brake pads a spring, insert pins and fix their clamps (fig. 15–13 see).
Fix a wire of the indicator of deterioration brake pads and connect a socket.
Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a wheel and a brake disk. Establish a wheel and lower the car on the earth. Tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the moment 120 Нм.
Similarly replace brake pads on the second forward wheel.
Some times press a brake pedal that brake pads have nestled on a brake disk.
Check up level of a brake liquid in a tank, if necessary add.
After installation new brake pads avoid sharp braking the first 200 km of run of the car.
