The device of a forward brake is shown on fig. 15–4.

Removal
Loosen the bolts of fastening of a forward wheel, then lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove a wheel.
Necessarily replace all pads on one axis of the car even if one is worn out only колодка. If brake pads will be repeatedly established, before removal they are necessary for marking.
Remove protective caps from the internal ends of directing bolts.

Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, from support lateral aspect remove fixing spring (fig. 15–5).

Unscrew directing fingers from a support (fig. 15–6).
Lift a support with internal pads and a soft wire tie up it to a forward rack. The support should not hang on a brake hose. The brake hose should not stretch or be overwound.
Remove internal pad from the piston of a support and external pad from the holder of a support.

Installation
Do not press a brake pedal at removed brake колодках.
At replacement brake pads do not unscrew a brake tube.
Clear a dust and a dirt from a support, and from edge of a brake disk – a rust. If pads are suitable to the further operation, clear their wire brush and rags.
Check up a brake disk on presence of cracks, especially round apertures under bolts of fastening of a wheel, and also with presence of deterioration or mechanical damages and if necessary replace both disks.
Measure a thickness of a brake disk.
If establish new brake pads, press the piston into a support, using the special adaptation. To press the piston into a support it is possible also a wooden core or the hammer handle. Thus watch, that the piston has not warped also surfaces of the piston and duster have not been damaged. At вдвигании the piston the brake liquid is superseded from the brake cylinder in a broad tank, therefore constantly observe of liquid level in a tank, and if necessary pump out from its tank a little.
Establish internal pad on a support, thus spring bracket should enter into piston dredging. On internal brake колодке with a spring the arrow is put. It should coincide with a direction of rotation of a disk at advance. Otherwise at work brake колодка will publish extraneous noise.
External brake pads fasten a sticky layer on a basic plate.

Remove a protective film from a sticky layer external brake pads and establish it on the holder of a support (fig. 15–7).
Establish a support with internal pads on the holder of a support. Screw in directing fingers of a support and tighten their moment 25 Нм.
Establish protective caps on directing fingers of a support.
Establish fixing spring on a support, having arranged the spring ends in support apertures.
Similarly replace brake pads on the second forward wheel.
Establish wheels and lower the car on the earth. Having cleared the ridge basis of heads of bolts, tighten bolts of fastening by the moment 120 Нм.
Some times press a brake pedal that brake pads have nestled on a brake disk.
Check up level of a brake liquid in a tank and if necessary add.
After installation new brake pads avoid sharp braking the first 200 km of run of the car.
