Clear of a dust and a dirt a support, using thus a protection frame of respiratory organs.

Unscrew the piston from a support by means of the tool 3272 (fig. 15–31). For вывинчивания the piston establish the tool so that the tool fillet was established in piston grooves. Rotate the tool case counter-clockwise against the stop. Rotating the tool handle counter-clockwise, unscrew the piston from a support.
Accurately take out consolidation from a flute of the cylinder of a support, using an assembly wedge or an edge of a flat screw-driver as the lever.
Check up a condition of all details of a support, replace the worn out or damaged details. Special attention turn on the cylinder and the piston. In the presence of scratches, рисок, deterioration or dot corrosion replace the piston and the cylinder. Irrespective of a condition replace rubber consolidations.
Wash out all details in methyl spirit or a pure brake liquid and wipe them. Blow tubes and apertures the compressed air.

Apply a thin film greasings G 052 150 А2 on a sealing ring and the piston (fig. 15–21 see).
Establish a dustproof cover on the piston so that internal diameter of a cover was included into a piston flute.

Establish the piston opposite to the cylinder of a support and, using the special adaptation, insert a working edge of a dustproof cover into a support before its fixing (fig. 15–32).
Screw in the piston in a support by means of the tool 3272. For ввинчивания the piston establish the tool so that its fillet has entered into piston grooves. Rotate the tool case counter-clockwise against the stop. Rotating the tool handle clockwise, screw in the piston in a support (fig. 15–31 see).
After piston installation, it is necessary to blow air the cylinder and to fill with its fresh brake liquid.
