Details of forward support FN–3 are shown on fig. 15–19.
Clear of a dust and a dirt a support, without inhaling risen dust.
Fix a support in a vice. Take the piston from a support for what submit air under low pressure to the brake cylinder through an aperture for connection of a brake hose, having established instead of brake pads wooden брусок.

Remove wooden брусок and cautiously take the piston. Accurately, not to damage a cylinder wall, take out consolidation from a flute of the cylinder of a support an assembly wedge or an edge of a flat screw-driver as the lever (fig. 15–20).
Check up a condition of all details of a support and replace the worn out or damaged details. Special attention turn on the cylinder and the piston. In the presence of scratches, рисок, deterioration or dot corrosion it is necessary to replace the piston and the cylinder. Irrespective of a condition replace all rubber consolidations.
Wash out all details in methyl spirit or a pure brake liquid and wipe them. Blow tubes and apertures the compressed air.

Apply a thin film greasings G 052 150 А2 on a sealing ring and the piston (fig. 15–21).
Establish a dustproof cover on the piston so that internal diameter of a cover was included into a piston flute.

Establish the piston opposite to the cylinder of a support and the special adaptation insert a working edge of a dustproof cover into a support before its fixing (fig. 15–22).
By means of the special adaptation or the hammer handle press the piston into the support cylinder.
After piston installation blow air the cylinder and fill with its fresh brake liquid.
