21.14. A brake diskRemoval
Loosen the bolts of fastening of a wheel, lift a corresponding part of the car and fix on supports. Remove a wheel.
For reduction of losses of a brake liquid uncover a compensatory tank of brake system, close a mouth of a tank polyethylene and again screw a cover. It is necessary that the cover tightly closed a compensatory tank. It is possible to press also a clip the brake hose going to a support.
Unscrew bolts and remove the holder of a support together with a support from a rotary fist.
Clear a junction of a brake hose and the pipeline and unscrew a hose. Muffle apertures in a brake hose and the pipeline.
Disconnect a cable of a lay brake from a support of a back brake.
Remove a support.
Remove a brake disk.
Installation
Check up a condition and measure a thickness of a brake disk.
If replacement of a brake disk is necessary, it is necessary to replace both for maintenance of uniformity of braking. At replacement of brake disks it is necessary to replace and brake pads.
Check up and if necessary clear привалочные surfaces of a brake disk and a nave. At installation of a new brake disk remove from its surface a sheeting layer.
Establish a brake disk on a wheel nave.
Establish a support with brake колодками, without supposing перекручивания a brake hose. Be convinced that at turn of a forward wheel from one extreme position in another the brake hose does not adjoin to elements of a forward suspension bracket and a body.
Screw in a support bolts and tighten them.
If the brake hose was disconnected, connect it.
Remove polyethylene from a bulk mouth of a compensatory tank and pump over a corresponding brake contour.
Establish a wheel and lower the car on the earth.
Some times strongly press a brake pedal that brake pads have nestled on a brake disk.
Check up liquid level in a compensatory tank of brake system.
