2.24. Check of level of a liquid in the steering amplifierOn cars with a self-levelled suspension bracket liquid level in the steering amplifier check on the car without loading.
Liquid level can be checked in cold or нагретом to 50 С a condition.
On the car with a cold liquid in system of the amplifier of a steering at the working engine establish forward wheels for movement directly forward.
On the car with a hot liquid in system of the amplifier of a steering at the working engine establish forward wheels for movement directly forward.

Unscrew a cover from a tank of the amplifier of a steering (fig. 2–27). Pure rags wipe probe, being in the bottom part of a cover.
Screw and again unscrew a cover.

Check up level of a liquid which should be about label MIN (fig. 2–28). The Maximum deviation of level of a liquid on probeе from label MIN makes 2 mm.
If necessary add a fresh liquid.
The tank of the amplifier of a steering never should be empty.
Screw a cover on a tank of the amplifier of a steering.
Make a control trip at which the liquid in the steering amplifier will get warm to temperature approximately 50 С. Check up level of a liquid which should be between labels MIN and MAX.
