2.13. Check of level of oil in a mechanical transmission

In a mechanical box it is not necessary to replace oil.

For easing of a carving stopper маслоналивного apertures use a key with face head VW 3357 (fig. 2–18).
For доливки apply oil
G 052 911 SAE 75W–90.
Establish the car on the lift in horizontal position.
Remove the bottom mudguard of the engine.

Unscrew a stopper маслоналивного apertures from a transmission which is located before the left shaft of a drive and can be closed a thermofilter of a shaft of a drive (fig. 2–19, 2–20).
Check up level of oil the bent wire.
012 front-wheel cars it should be in a five-speed transmission on 7 mm from the bottom edge of a carving aperture.
01Е and a five-speed transmission 01А the front-wheel car it should be in a six-speed transmission at the bottom edge of a carving aperture.
Oil level 01Е the all-wheel drive car should be in a six-speed transmission on 1 mm from the bottom edge of a carving aperture.
If necessary add oil through маслоналивное an aperture.
Screw in a stopper and tighten its moment 25 Н·м for a transmission 012 and 01А, 40 Н·м for a transmission 01Е.
