18.11. A back bottom frame

Removal
The bottom back frame remove together with the main reverse gear, a rotary fist and levers of a back suspension bracket.
Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, remove a cap from the central part of a disk of a wheel.
On the car standing on wheels, loosen the bolts with a fillet of fastening of shaft of a drive to naves of back wheels.
Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports. Remove back wheels.
Remove back section of pipes of system of release of the fulfilled gases.
Remove a thermofilter of the back muffler.

By means of special adaptation V.A.G 1752/1 for compression of springs serially compress springs of a back suspension bracket and remove them (fig. 12–18 see). Spring coils should be grasped reliably the adaptation, a spring to compress from opposite sides.

The prevention
The spring has the big effort of compression, therefore use only very reliable tool.

Disconnect a cable 3 lay brakes from a support of a back wheel (fig. 12–25).
Take a cover 2 cables of a lay brake from an arm, with effort having moved a cable from a support.
Unscrew a bolt of 1 fastening of the shock-absorber to the cross-section lever.

Unscrew bolts of fastening of a back support (fig. 12–26). A soft wire, adhere a support to a body. The support should not hang on a brake hose.

Check up, whether there are combination labels on a flange карданного a shaft and a flange of the main reverse gear (fig. 12–27). In the absence of labels put them.

Wooden wedge draw in propeller a shaft upwards to a thermofilter (fig. 12–28).
Unscrew bolts and remove a thermofilter located over карданным shaft.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of a flange карданного a shaft to a flange of the main reverse gear.
Release cables of a lay brake from holders and, moving them to a back part of the car, take from the directing.
Unscrew a bolt and separate directing a cable of a lay brake.
Establish under the main reverse gear a jack with adaptation V.A.G 1359/2 and raise a jack so that the weight of a back bottom frame with the main reverse gear was perceived by a jack.

Unscrew bolts of fastening of the bottom back frame (fig. 12–29), lower a jack and remove the bottom frame with the main reverse gear.

Installation
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
At installation of the bottom frame check up, that hoses of ventilation of a fuel tank have not been pressed.
Screw in and tighten new bolts of fastening of the bottom frame the moment 150 Н·м and then tighten them on a corner 90 °.
Establish into place and fix cables of a lay brake.
Establish a thermofilter over карданным shaft.
In a flange of the main reverse gear clear a carving for bolts of fastening of a cranked shaft.
At installation карданного a shaft for a disbalance exception combine labels on a flange карданного a shaft with labels on a flange of the main reverse gear (fig. 12–27 see).
Check up, that details of system of release have been located freely and bodies did not concern.
