17.2. A kardannyj shaftRemoval
At presence unscrew four bolts and remove the cross-section beam located under pipes of system of release.
Unscrew nuts, крепящие connecting clips of exhaust pipes, disconnect and remove back section of system of release.
Unscrew bolts and remove a thermofilter located over карданным shaft.

Unscrew bolts and remove the tunnel (fig. 11–2).

Check up, whether there are combination labels on карданном to a shaft and a flange of the main reverse gear (fig. 11–3). In the absence of labels put them.
Loosen the bolts of fastening of flanges карданного a shaft to flanges of a transmission and the main reverse gear (fig. 11–3 see).
Loosen the bolts of fastening of an intermediate support карданного a shaft.
Establish and fix on карданном to a shaft the adaptation 3139 keeping propeller a shaft from a deflection.
Completely unscrew bolts of fastening of flanges карданного a shaft to flanges of a transmission and the main reverse gear, and also an intermediate support карданного a shaft.
Move hinges карданного a shaft on шлицам a shaft and remove propeller a shaft from the car.
Remove with карданного a shaft the adaptation 3119.
Installation
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
In flanges of a transmission and the main reverse gear clear a carving for bolts of fastening of a cranked shaft.
Check up, that on flanges карданного the shaft was not greasings. Remove from new sealing linings a protective film and establish linings on flanges the sticky party to карданному to a shaft.
For a disbalance exception combine labels on a flange карданного a shaft with labels on flanges of a transmission and the main reverse gear (fig. 11–3 see).
The note
The maximum corner of a deviation of an axis of the hinge of equal angular speeds 8 , the universal hinge – 25 .
Fix new bolts propeller a shaft.
Adjust position of an intermediate support карданного a shaft.
Check up, that the release system has been located freely and did not concern bodies.
