18.1. A forward suspension bracketThe suspension bracket is a link between a body and wheels. Through it the forces influencing wheels are transferred to a body. The suspension bracket serves for decrease in dynamic loadings, reduction of fluctuations of a body, softening of blows of wheels about roughness of road, provides stability and smoothness of a course of the car.
As bearing element of a forward suspension bracket the bottom cross-section beam serves. The power unit fastens to a beam through corresponding support.
Forward suspension bracket – independent type McPherson. The top levers from an aluminium alloy are attached to a body through rubber plugs, and to a rotary fist – through spherical hinges. Bottom (keeping and the managing director) levers are attached through rubber plugs to the bottom frame, and to a rotary fist – through spherical hinges.
The elastic element of a forward suspension bracket is executed in the form of a rack with elastic additional полиуретановыми elements and terminators of a course of a suspension bracket with the progressive characteristic. The top part absorber racks fastens to the top arm of a forward suspension bracket, and bottom – to the cross-section lever.

Preventions
Categorically it is forbidden to make welding and рихтовочные works on elements of a forward suspension bracket. Necessarily replace self-locking nuts, and also bolts with corrosion traces.
It is forbidden to lift the car for the bottom forward frame.
