18.2. An amortizatornaja rackRemoval
Loosen the bolts of fastening of forward wheels, then lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove a forward wheel.
Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, remove rubber заглушки, located in the top part of a forward suspension bracket.
Through opened apertures unscrew nuts of the top fastening absorber racks.
Unscrew a bolt of fastening of spherical hinges of the top levers of a forward suspension bracket to a rotary fist.

Unscrew a nut of fastening of the spherical hinge of the bottom keeping lever to a rotary fist. Using a stripper, take the spherical hinge from a rotary fist (fig. 12–1).

Take gauge ABS from a rotary fist and disconnect from clips of a wire of the gauge (fig. 12–2).
Disconnect from clips of a wire of the gauge of deterioration brake pads.
Unscrew a bolt of the bottom fastening absorber racks, thus be careful – do not damage a protective cover of the hinge of equal angular speeds of a shaft of a drive.

Unscrew a nut and take a bolt of fastening of spherical hinges of the top levers of a forward suspension bracket to a rotary fist (fig. 12–4) and remove spherical hinges from a rotary fist. Do not expand grooves in a rotary fist at extraction of the top cross-section levers.
Do not unscrew a bolt of fastening of a tip of steering draught and a bolt with a tetrahedral head as it will break corners of installation of forward wheels.
Reject aside the top part of a rotary fist.
Being careful, take амортизаторную a rack from under a forward wing. Thus do not damage a protective cover of the hinge of equal angular speeds of a shaft of a drive.
Installation
At installation it is necessary to use new bolts, nuts, washers, the tightening plug (before its installation put in an aperture of a rotary fist greasing G 000 650), a clip.
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Establish амортизаторную a rack so that the aperture in a spring nest settled down from outside a forward longitudinal element.
Establish a plug of the bottom fastening absorber racks on the operating lever and fix a bolt and a nut.
Establish the top cross-section levers against the stop in a rotary fist and fix their bolt and a nut, having tightened the moment 40 Нм (fig. 12–4 see).
Fix gauge ABS wire on an arm of a support of a brake.
Fix the top part absorber racks nuts, having tightened their moment 20 Нм.
Establish rubber заглушки.
Apply a thin film greasings on a fillet of the nave aligning a disk of a wheel. Establish a wheel and fix its bolts. Lower the car and tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the moment 120 Нм.
