Pressing one of keys for search of radio stations carries out automatic search of radio stations in the necessary direction.
For manual search of radio stations press both keys during more 2 with. On the display there is symbol MAN. Now by pressing of the top or bottom key step-by-step search of radio stations in the necessary direction is carried out.
By pressing and long deduction of a key speed of step-by-step search of radio stations increases.
Through 10 with the ambassador of the termination of search of radio stations the receiver is automatically switched to a normal mode of search of radio stations.
The handle of inclusion and volume control (fig. 1–63). The radio receiver joins and switched off by the volume control handle.
If on the car the automatic aerial at inclusion of a radio receiver it is put forward is established.
If a key take from the ignition lock, the radio receiver is automatically switched off, at ignition inclusion – again joins.
At the switched off ignition to include a radio receiver it is possible, turning the handle of loudness 2. Time of its work–1 ч. After this time the radio receiver is automatically switched off. After repeated inclusion the radio receiver again works during 1 ч.
Loudness smoothly changes turn of the handle of a regulator of loudness.

Timbre adjustment
• Press the handle – it will be released.
• handle Turn establish a desirable timbre of a sound.
• Press the handle – it will be fixed.
Volume control depending on speed of the car
At increase in speed of movement the noise level in car salon increases. Loudness of a sound depending on speed of the car regulate the handle (GALA).
• Press the handle – it is released, pull the handle on itself.
• Inclusion: turn the handle to the right.
• Deenergizing: turn the handle to the left.
If it is necessary to change loudness of a sound, rotate only the volume control handle, and change of loudness depending on speed of the car will automatically occur.
Timbre regulator (fig. 1–64) (Bass – low frequencies) and balance adjustment between forward and back columns.

• Press the handle – it is released.
• handle Turn establish a desirable timbre of a sound.
• Press the handle – it will be fixed.
Balance regulator
• Press the handle – it is released, pull the handle on itself.
• Turning the handle, establish desirable balance of a sound between forward and back columns.
• Press the handle – it will be fixed.

Buttons of the fixed options of stations
Short-term pressing: inclusion of the fixed adjustment for preliminary chosen radio station.
Long pressing before pause occurrence in accepted transfer: storing of current adjustment in a manual mode.
On the display frequency of working radio station and number under which the radio station is brought in memory is displayed.
It is possible to enter 12 radio stations into memory in range FM (on 6 in two ranges) and 6 radio stations in range АM.
Choice of a compact disc (CD).
• By short-term pressing of the button playing of a corresponding compact disc begins.
Number of the chosen compact disc is highlighted on the display, for example CD 01. If the compact disc is not established, on the display is highlighted NO CD.
The button of inclusion АМ of a range (fig. 1–65). By pressing of the button the radio receiver is switched to reception of radio stations in a range of average waves. The information on the chosen range is deduced on the display.
The button of inclusion FM 1/2 ranges (fig. 1–65). By pressing of the button the radio receiver is switched to reception of radio stations in a range of ultra-short waves (FM I or FM II).
Transition from range FM I on range FM II carry out repeated pressing of the button. The information on the chosen range is deduced on the display.

After pressing of key TP of function TP and EON are activated.
If to press button TP more than 2 about a radio receiver it is switched to range АМ, function TP is switched off.

The radio receiver can accept signals of system of radio data RDS. If the signal of the chosen radio station in range FM satisfies to standard RDS, the receiver is automatically adjusted on that frequency which provides the best quality of reception.
Button RDS has 2 functions.
Button pressing joins RDS.
Button pressing regional radio stations REG ON and accordingly REG OFF join.
RDS
At inclusion of the receiver or search of radio stations automatically there is a search of radio stations RDS. Thus symbol RDS is highlighted on the display.
At reception of the radio station working in mode RDS, on the display the station name, for example BAYERN 3 is highlighted.
At trips on a long distance and adverse conditions of reception it was necessary to reconstruct a radio receiver. RDS automatically from the list of alternative frequencies will find most the best and will include it. This process occurs silently.
At included RDS radio stations which do not transfer now program RDS can be accepted also. Therefore it is recommended, that this radio station has been whenever possible constantly included.
Regional radio stations
Function REG joins pressing of button RDS not less than 2 with. As acknowledgement on the display at this time there is inscription REG OFF.
If once again to press button RDS not less than on 2 with on the display there will be inscription REG ON.
Example. The program 2 Bavarian radio during certain time transfers notice BR 2 MUN, or BR 2 SH, or BR 2 ОВВ with regional programs of the various maintenance.
At reception of these regional programs on the display there is inscription REG.
Whenever possible function REG should be included constantly.
At movement in district in which action of several regional radio stations and a radio receiver all is blocked is worse accepts radio stations REG, function of reception of regional radio stations should be switched off.
At record in memory of radio stations RDS it is necessary to press the corresponding button of station only when the radio station name will appear on the display.
EON (information Concerning Other Networks)
EON is function RDS which provides reception by an automobile radio receiver of all messages of radio station in mode TP.
Irrespective of the program installed at present all TP-messages of other radio stations should be audible.
Messages on accidents have advantage before all other functions.
Display notices.
On the display all information is deduced: frequency RDS, the radio station name, quantity of stations in FM I and FM II; in a mode of playing of a compact disc – CD 01 … CD 06, and in case of their absence – CD NO.

Button DX (fig. 1–68). By pressing button DX (Distance reception – distant reception) on it joins a red light-emitting diode, sensitivity of search of radio stations increases.
By repeated pressing the button function DX is switched off also a radio receiver passes in a mode of near reception.
Button SCAN (fig. 1–68). By pressing button SCAN it the red light-emitting diode joins and during 8 with all radio stations and names on a compact disc and an audiocassette are highlighted.
By repeated pressing the button function SCAN is switched off.

At cartridge playing on the display inscription TAPE is highlighted.
At playing of the cartridges which have been written down with system шумоподавления Dolby, it is necessary to include system шумопонижения, thus quality of a sound improves.
Кассетоприемник. Move an end face the cartridge in кассетоприемник. At cartridge loading in кассетоприемник the radio receiver is automatically switched to a mode of playing of the cartridge.
If the radio receiver works in mode TP, playing of cartridges interrupts messages of radio stations.
The switch of paths of the cartridge (fig. 1–69). By pressing a key a player реверсируется cartridge paths also are switched.
The arrow on the display shows, what party of the cartridge is lost.
Upon termination of cartridge playing automatically occurs реверсирование a player of cartridges and switching of paths of the cartridge.

Button CPS (fig. 1–70). System CPS provides search in pauses of pieces of music.
By pressing button CPS it the red light-emitting diode joins. Further by pressing a key 17 Rewind forward or Rewind back begins cartridge rewind in the chosen party to a pause between pieces of music with the subsequent switching in a reproduction mode.
Button Dolby B (fig. 1–70 see). At playing of the cartridges which have been written down with system шумоподавления Dolby, it is necessary to press button Dolby B, the system шумопонижения thus joins – quality of a sound improves.
Keys of rewind and cartridge extraction, a choice of lost products of a compact disc (fig. 1–70 see).
For cartridge rewind press a corresponding key before its fixing.
For the rewind termination press the second key.
Simultaneously press on both keys of rewind – the cartridge is put forward from кассетоприемника.
Pressing one of keys it is possible to choose the beginning of current and following product on a compact disc.
Repeated pressing of one of keys numbers of names upwards and downwards get out.
Chosen number appears on the display: TR 01 … TR 02 … TR 03 … etc.

Button RD: Random Play for CD (fig. 1–71). After pressing button RD of product of a compact disc are lost in casual sequence.
Button MODE – an operating mode choice (fig. 1–71). By consecutive pressing button MODE there is a choice of an operating mode of a radio receiver, a player of cartridges or the CD player. Thus the cartridge should be inserted into a player of cartridges.
The coded device against theft. The device is executed on the basis of the microprocessor. After switching-off of a radio receiver from an electric network of the car (removal of the storage battery, dismantle of a radio receiver or its initial installation) is necessary to enter a safety code. The radio receiver can be included only after input of a correct code.
After radio receiver inclusion on the display inscription SAVE is highlighted – it is possible to enter a code against theft.
Code introduction
Code number is pasted on the radio receiver operation manual.
For introduction of a correct code it is necessary to execute following actions.
– Include a radio receiver – on the display inscription SAVE is highlighted.
– Simultaneously press buttons FM and DX and keep them before occurrence of indication 1000. Release buttons. At all do not press again button FM and DX, otherwise number 1000 will be accepted to a code.
– By means of buttons 1–4 (the fixed options) enter code number: the first figure of a code is entered by the button 1, the second figure – the button 2 etc. Buttons 5 and 6 are not used.
– Simultaneously press buttons FM and DX and keep them before occurrence of indication SAVE.
– Release buttons.
If at code input the error on the display there will be indication SAVE in a blinking mode which then is highlighted constantly has been admitted.
Repeat attempt of installation of a code. The number of attempts is reflected in the display.
If the incorrect code is repeatedly entered, the receiver will be blocked on 1 ч.
Through 1 ч it is possible to repeat two attempts to establish a code. If they are not successful, the receiver will be blocked on 1 ч.
