1.3. Electric glass elevators

Switches are in an armrest of a door of the driver (fig. 1–9).
Besides, at doors of the forward passenger and in back doors additional switches for corresponding windows are located.
By means of safety switch S at doors of the driver it is possible to disconnect the electric drive back windows.
Positions of the safety switch:
– The safety switch расфиксирован, switches in back doors are efficient;
– The safety switch is fixed, switches in back doors and back прикуриватель are disconnected.
Electric glass lifts with the automatic control of closing of windows are equipped by protection against an overload.
Window closing automatically stops, when on a way of movement of glass there is an obstacle. It, however, does not occur, when windows close outside by means of the ignition key – protection against an overload does not work.
Action windows at the included ignition
Opening
By pressing the corresponding switch ahead (a door of the driver) or on the bottom part of the switch (right a lobby and back doors) and short-term deduction in this position the window opens completely (glass automatically falls).
By repeated pressing the switch glass immediately stops.
Automatic closing of windows (forward doors)
At a short-term raising of a forward part (a door of the driver) or pressing the top part (the right forward door) corresponding switch the window is closed completely (glass automatically rises).
At repeated influence on the switch glass immediately stops.
Стеклоподъемники back doors are equipped only by the automatic device of lowering of glasses. For window closing it is necessary to keep the switch until desirable position of glass will be reached.
Notes
After a detachment and the subsequent joining of the storage battery of the car the automatic device of lowering and lifting of glasses of forward doors ceases to function.
To restore work of the automatic device, it is necessary:
– To lift glasses electric glass lifts upwards against the stop;
– To press all switches стеклоподъемника once again, at least on 1 with, in position of closing for activation of the block of management glass lifts.
