6.5. A gear belt

Removal
Turn a cranked shaft in a direction of working rotation for a bolt of fastening of a pulley before installation of the piston of the fifth cylinder in ВМТ a compression step.
Remove полиwedge a belt.
Release wires from clips on a casing of the fan of a radiator, turn away screws of fastening and remove the fan of a radiator with an electric drive.
Remove гаситель fluctuations from a pulley of a cranked shaft.
Remove forward casings of a gear belt.

Serially, using the special adaptation 3036 (fig. 3.4–29), fix a pulley of a camshaft from проворачивания and unscrew on three turns (but do not unscrew completely) a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a camshaft.

Face key on 8 mm turn a tension roller counter-clockwise and fix it in this position by adaptation T40011 (fig. 3.4–30).
Chalk, marker or paint note a direction of rotation of a gear belt. If at installation of the gear belt which was in the use it rotates in other party, it will lead to its destruction.

Loosen the a bolt of fastening of a roller with the clown (fig. 3.4–31).

Using stripper Т40001 (fig. 3.4–32), remove both pulleys of camshafts from their landing cones. At removal of pulleys the stripper should rest against bolts of fastening of pulleys of camshafts. Pulleys of camshafts should rotate freely, but not dangle on their adjusting cones.
Turn out a bolt of fastening of a pulley of the right camshaft and remove a gear belt together with a pulley.

At installation of a gear belt it is necessary to use new a lining 20 (fig. 3.4–28 see) and a bolt 31.

Check up, that position of camshafts has been fixed by clamps 3458, and the cranked shaft is fixed by the adjusting screw 3242.
Pulleys of camshafts should be turned freely.
Establish a gear belt on pulleys in the following sequence:
– A cranked shaft;
– A tension roller;
– A roller with the clown;
– The left camshaft;
– The fuel pump of a high pressure;
– A directing roller;
– The water pump;
– A pulley of the right camshaft then establish a pulley on a camshaft.

Insert шестигранный a key on 4 mm between the mechanism of a tension and the lever of a tension roller (fig. 3.4–33).

Using the special tool which enters into two apertures of a roller with the clown, turn a roller counter-clockwise the moment 3 Нм and in this position tighten a bolt of fastening of a roller the moment 45 Нм (fig. 3.4–34).
Take шестигранный a key which is between the mechanism of a tension and the lever of a tension roller.
Face key on 8 mm turn a roller tension a gear belt counter-clockwise and be convinced that in this position it is possible to establish adaptation T40011 (fig. 3.4–30 see).

Face key on 8 mm turn a roller tension a gear belt clockwise, take шестигранный a key which is between the mechanism of a tension and the lever of a tension roller, and be convinced that плунжер the tension mechanism presses the lever of a tension roller (fig. 3.4–35).
Tighten bolts of fastening of pulleys of camshafts, keeping pulleys from проворачивания приспособленем 3036.

Remove the adjusting screw 3242 and clamps 3458 and turn a cranked shaft on two turns, establish it in position ВМТ of the fifth cylinder of a step of compression and check up installation cranked and camshafts. For check of position of a cranked shaft from the block of cylinders unscrew заглушку and instead of it screw in the adjusting screw 3242. For check of position of camshafts establish the clamps 3458 fixing positions of camshafts (fig. 3.4–36). If the adjusting screw 3242 and clamps 3458 were established, means, cranked and camshafts are established correctly.
The further installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
On the left head of the block of cylinders establish the vacuum pump.
Establish полиwedge a belt.
Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system.

At installation it is necessary to use new a sealing ring 3 (fig. 3.4–37), linings 6, 14 and bolts 12.
