Removal
Open a cover of a broad tank.
Remove a forward cross-beam.
Establish under the engine the pallet for gathering of a cooling liquid.

Unscrew three carving stoppers and merge cooling liquid from cooling system (fig. 3.4–17 see).

Having pulled for lateral faces upwards, remove an engine casing (fig. 3.4–19 see).
Turn away screws and remove an additional left casing in a motor compartment.
Loosen the collars of fastening also disconnect hoses of system of cooling about the fuel pump of a high pressure.

Unscrew a face connecting nut 1 (fig. 3.4–41).
Unscrew connecting nuts топливопроводов 4–7.
Unscrew two bolts 2 and 3 and remove the block of injection of fuel from an inlet collector.

Disconnect electric sockets of atomizers 3–7 (fig. 3.4–42).
Disconnect a vacuum hose 1.
Release from clips returnable топливопровод 2 and remove it.
Unscrew a stopper маслоналивной mouths.

For a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft turn a shaft until in an aperture маслоналивной mouths dredging (fig. 3.4–43) will not be visible.

Unscrew bolts of fastening of casings of atomizers, pull casings upwards and turn on 90 counter-clockwise (fig. 3.4–44).

Unscrew opened bolts of fastening of atomizers (fig. 3.4–45).
Pull upwards and remove atomizers of cylinders 6 and 8.
At removal of fuel atomizers it is possible to take advantage of the lever.
Turn a cranked shaft clockwise on 180 and remove atomizers of cylinders 5 and 7.

Turn out bolts and remove the left cover of a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 3.4–46).

Installation
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Replace sealing rings of tubes of return of fuel.
If necessary replace a lining of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
Establish a sealing half ring.
Degrease a surface under a lining of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

Put a thin continuous layer of hermetic on a semicircular surface (fig. 3.4–47) in an end face of a head of the block of cylinders.
Put sites of projections of 5 mm a layer of hermetic in diameter of 3 mm on external covers of a camshaft (fig. 3.4–47 see).
Nuts of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders tighten gradually cross-wise.
Establish a forward cross-beam.
Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system.
