Removal
Remove a forward cross-beam.

Having pulled for lateral faces upwards, remove an engine casing (fig. 3.4–19 see).
Turn away screws and remove the protective casing located behind the air filter.

Loosen the collars also remove the air branch pipe connecting the air filter and an air pipe (fig. 3.4–1 see).
Turn away screws of fastening of the case of the air filter.

Turn away screws and remove an air pipe (fig. 3.4–2 see).

Unscrew a face connecting nut 1 (fig. 3.4–48).
Unscrew bolts 2 and 3, but do not remove completely the injection block.

Disconnect electric sockets 1 and 3 (fig. 3.4–49), unscrew connecting nuts of 5-8 fastenings of pipelines and bolts of 2 and 4 fastenings of the block of management of injection of fuel (Rail-element).
Disconnect electric sockets from candles накаливания.
Remove the block of management of injection (Rail-element) from an inlet collector.

Disconnect electric sockets 2–7 (fig. 3.4–50).
Unscrew a clip of fastening of wires and take wires aside (fig. 3.4–50 see).
Release from clips returnable топливопровод 1 and remove it from fuel atomizers.

Loosen the a collar 1 also remove a fuel hose from the T-shaped splitter (fig. 3.4–51).
Remove spring bracket and disconnect топливопровод from the submitting fuel pump (fig. 3.4–51 see).
Disconnect топливопроводы about the right cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
Unscrew a stopper маслоналивной mouths.

For a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft turn a shaft until in an aperture маслоналивной mouths dredging (fig. 3.4–43 see) will not be visible.

Unscrew bolts of fastening of casings of atomizers, pull casings upwards and turn them on 90 ° counter-clockwise (fig. 3.4–44 see).

Unscrew opened bolts of fastening of atomizers (fig. 3.4–45 see).
Pull upwards and remove atomizers of cylinders 1 and 3. At removal of atomizers it is possible to take advantage of the lever.
Turn a cranked shaft clockwise on 180 ° and remove atomizers of cylinders 2 and 4.

Unscrew bolts and remove the right cover of a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 3.4–46 see).

Installation
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Replace sealing rings of tubes of return of fuel.
If necessary replace a lining of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
Establish a sealing half ring.
Degrease a surface under installation of a lining of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

Put a thin continuous layer of hermetic on a semicircular surface (fig. 3.4–47 see) in an end face of a head of the block of cylinders.
Put sites of projections of 5 mm a layer of hermetic in diameter of 3 mm on external covers of a camshaft (fig. 3.4–47 see).
Nuts of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders tighten gradually cross-wise.
Establish a forward cross-beam.
Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system.
