Before installation it is necessary to grease working surfaces of hydraulic pushers 20 (fig. 3.4–62) with engine oil.
Removal
Before a detachment of the storage battery find out, whether there is at you a code of inclusion of a radio receiver.
Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Uncover heads of the block of cylinders.
Remove a gear belt from camshaft pulleys.

Unscrew forward and back covers of bearings of a camshaft of inlet valves (fig. 3.4–62 see).

Unscrew covers of bearings 0, 3, 4, 7 and 8 camshafts (fig. 3.4–63).
Gradually cross-wise unscrew covers of bearings 2 and 6 and remove a camshaft of final valves.
Gradually cross-wise unscrew covers of bearings 1 and 5 and remove a camshaft of inlet valves.
Installation
Be convinced that the cranked shaft is fixed by the adjusting screw 3242.
Unscrew from a head of the block of cylinders a hairpin located in an end face of a camshaft.
Be convinced that persistent half rings are on a place.
Check up a condition and position коромысел and hydraulic pushers.

Establish a camshaft of inlet valves into place so that in a shaft end face it was possible to establish the adaptation 3458 (fig. 3.4–64).
Establish covers of bearings 1 and 5 and fix their bolts.
Establish covers of bearings 2 and 6 and fix their bolts.
Establish covers of bearings 0, 3, 4, 7, 8 and fix their bolts.
Repeatedly check up position коромысел and hydraulic pushers.
Clear привалочные surfaces on a head of the block of cylinders and extreme covers of a camshaft.

Put on привалочную a surface of the right internal back cover a thin layer of hermetic (fig. 3.4–65).

Put on an interfaced surface of an external back or forward right cover a thin layer of hermetic (fig. 3.4–66 see).
Establish external covers.
The further installation is spent to sequences, return to removal.
Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
Establish a gear belt.
Wait 30 minutes before engine start-up: hydraulic pushers should come to a normal state, otherwise pistons can hit about valves.
