Removal
Remove a gear belt.
Remove a casing of a head of the block of cylinders.
Remove a camshaft pulley.

Camshaft of final valves
Unscrew a flange and a cover of the bearing of the distributor of ignition.

Unscrew and remove covers of bearings of a camshaft from outside chains and covers 2 and 3 (fig. 3.2–40).
Gradually, in regular intervals cross-wise unscrew covers of 1 and 4 bearings of a camshaft.

Camshaft of inlet valves
Turn out and remove covers of 6 and 7 bearings of a camshaft.
Gradually, in regular intervals cross-wise unscrew covers of 5 and 8 bearings of a camshaft.
Remove camshafts.

Grease with a thin layer of engine oil camshafts and establish them in a head of the block of cylinders so that labels on asterisks of shaft have been directed to each other (fig. 3.2–41).
At installation keep in mind that covers of bearings are numbered from outside a forward part of a camshaft of inlet valves.
Before installation of external covers of camshafts put on привалочные surfaces of covers a thin layer of hermetic D 454 300 02.

Camshaft of inlet valves
Establish covers 5 and 8 (fig. 3.2–40) bearings of a camshaft see and fix their nuts, tightening them gradually cross-wise.

Camshaft of final valves
Establish covers 1 and 4 (fig. 3.2–40) bearings of a camshaft see and fix their nuts, tightening them gradually cross-wise.
Establish and fix other covers.
The further installation is spent to sequences, return to removal.

Check of hydraulic pushers of valves
Correct installation клапанных backlashes in many respects defines engine work. If клапанные backlashes too big, raises шумность and the engine overall performance as valves open too late decreases and are closed too early. If клапанные backlashes too small, valves cannot be closed completely on the hot engine that can lead to its serious damage.
On engines hydraulic pushers which automatically under the influence of pressure in greasing system compensate a backlash between a cam of a camshaft and a corresponding rod of the valve are established. Therefore at operation regular check and adjustment клапанных backlashes is not required. However it is necessary to use engine oil of high quality and recommended viscosity and to replace it with demanded periodicity. At start-up of the cold engine there is a small delay of alignment of pressure of engine oil in all parts of the engine, especially in hydraulic pushers. Valves can approximately knock 10 seconds then continue to work silently.
If the engine was not started up by some days, valves can knock during longer time as almost all oil flows down from the top part of the engine and working surfaces of bearings. At this time it is necessary to be careful not to damage the engine: to avoid sharp change of power setting while all pushers will not be filled with engine oil. At warming up of the engine frequency of rotation of fast idling (from 2000 to 2500 mines-1) should not raise within 2 minutes or knock of valves will not stop yet. If noise of pushers does not stop, stop the engine and execute following actions, thus engine temperature should be not less than 80 С.
Uncover heads of the block of cylinders.
Turning a cranked shaft, establish a cam over a checked pusher directly upwards.

Press a pusher a wooden or plastic wedge (fig. 3.2–42). If the free wheeling of a pusher is more 0,2 mm, it is necessary to replace pushers.
Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
Wait approximately 30 minutes before engine start-up. It is necessary that work of hydraulic pushers, differently pistons was stabilised will hit about valves.

Processing of saddles of valves
Saddles of valves with wear tracks or подгорания are necessary for processing with obligatory preservation of corners and facet sizes.

If the valve saddle is necessary for processing, define a maximum quantity of metal which can be removed. Removal of excessive quantity of metal breaks work of hydraulic pushers. Insert the valve into directing plug and press it to a valve saddle. Measure distance from the end of a rod of the valve to the top surface of a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 3.2–43).
At excessive deterioration of a saddle of the valve processing is inadmissible, therefore it is necessary to replace a head of the block of cylinders.
After processing of saddles of valves they are necessary for grinding in.

Replacement of sealing rings of a camshaft
Remove a gear belt.
Remove pulleys of camshafts on the left and right heads of the block of cylinders.

Remove casings of a gear belt on the left and right heads of the block of cylinders (fig. 3.2–44).

Using the special adaptation 2056, remove a sealing ring of a camshaft (fig. 3.2–45).

The prevention
If one sealing ring it is necessary to replace sealing rings from both parties is damaged at least.
Clear an installation site of sealing rings.
Grease with engine oil a working edge and an external surface of a new sealing ring before its installation into place.
Using the mandrel, establish a sealing ring into place.
Establish pulleys of camshafts.
Establish a gear belt.

Check and alignment adjustment semi wedge a belt
Alignment semi wedge a belt check between the compressor of the conditioner and the pump of the amplifier of a steering.

Loosen the a tension semi wedge a belt for what press the bottom branch semi wedge a belt and, using the adaptation 3204, fix the mechanism of a tension of a belt in this position (fig. 3.2–10 see). Remove полиwedge a belt.

Using the adaptation 3201, check up coincidence of flutes for a belt on pulleys of the compressor of the conditioner and the pump of the amplifier of a steering (fig. 3.2–47).

If flutes on pulleys do not coincide, turn away a pulley of the pump of the amplifier of a steering. Pulley position adjust by means of linings in the thickness 0,5; 1,0 and 1,5 mm which deliver in spare parts (fig. 3.2–48).
