6.9. Removal of the left head of the block of cylinders

Loosen the a collar, unscrew a bolt and remove the left air branch pipe.

Unscrew bolts and disconnect the left pipe рециркуляции the fulfilled gases (fig. 3.4–53).
Turn out fastening bolts турбокомпрессора to a final collector (fig. 3.4–53 see).
Turn out a bolt of fastening of a directing pipe of the index (probeа) oil level to a head of the block of cylinders.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of the fuel heat exchanger.
Unscrew and remove an average pipe of system of the cooling, located for a head of the block of cylinders.

Unscrew and remove ventilation hoses картера (fig. 3.4–54).

Disconnect electric sockets of atomizers 3–7 (fig. 3.4–42 see).
Disconnect a vacuum hose 1.
Release from clips submitting топливопровод 2 and remove it.
Unscrew a stopper маслоналивной mouths.

For a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft turn a shaft until in an aperture маслоналивной mouths dredging (fig. 3.4–43 see) will not be visible.

Unscrew bolts of fastening of casings of atomizers, pull casings upwards and turn them on 90 counter-clockwise (fig. 3.4–44 see).

Turn out opened bolts of fastening of fuel atomizers (fig. 3.4–45 see).
Pull upwards and remove atomizers of cylinders 6 and 8. At removal of atomizers it is possible to take advantage of the lever.
Turn a cranked shaft clockwise on 180 and remove fuel atomizers of cylinders 5 and 7.
Remove a gear belt.

Turn out a bolt of fastening of a directing roller (fig. 3.4–55).
Unscrew bolts and remove a back casing of a gear belt (fig. 3.4–55 see).

Disconnect from the fuel pump of a high pressure (ТНВД) an electric socket (fig. 3.4–56).
Unscrew bolts of fastening 2,3,4 and remove ТНВД.
Disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid.
Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove the right and average pipes of system of cooling.

Unscrew bolts and uncover the left head of the block of cylinders (fig. 3.4–46 see).
