13.9. The thermostat of the diesel engine of 2,5 lMerge cooling liquid.
Remove a gear belt.

Turn away screws and remove top 2 (fig. 3.3–58 see) section of a casing of a gear belt.
Turn away screws and remove left 1 and the right 3 casings of a gear belt.
Disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid.
Disconnect a hose of a cooling liquid from a thermostat casing.
Unscrew two bolts and remove the case of the thermostat from a forward part of a head of the block of cylinders.
Take out a sealing ring and the thermostat from a head of the block of cylinders. Check up working capacity of the thermostat.
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal.
Establish the thermostat in a head of the block of cylinders so that the valve for air removal settled down from above.
At installation use new sealing rings.
