Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a directing roller (fig. 3.4–55 see).
Unscrew bolts and remove a back casing of a gear belt (fig. 3.4–55 see).

Unscrew bolts and remove the water pump (fig. 7–25).
Installation
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
At installation it is necessary to use a new sealing ring and linings.
At installation of the thermostat the valve for air removal should settle down from above.
Turning a shaft of the water pump, check up a condition of bearings of the water pump and if necessary replace them.
Establish a gear belt.
Fill in cooling liquid.
