Removal
Merge cooling liquid.
Remove a gear belt.

Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a directing roller (fig. 3.4–55 see).
Unscrew bolts and remove a back casing of a gear belt (fig. 3.4–55 see).

Disconnect from the fuel pump of a high pressure an electric socket (fig. 3.4–56 see).
Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove the fuel pump of a high pressure (fig. 3.4–56 see).
Disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid.
Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove the right and average pipes of system of cooling.

Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an average pipe of system of cooling and, having pulled a pipe back, remove it (fig. 7–28).

Unscrew bolts and, having pulled forward, remove a forward average pipe of system of cooling (fig. 7–29).

Installation
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Before installation clear a nest for a sealing ring.
Establish a new sealing ring, preliminary having greased with its cooling liquid G 012 A8 D.
Fill in cooling liquid.
