Removal

The prevention
For deduction of a pulley of the water pump from проворачивания it is necessary to use the special tool 3212.

Merge cooling liquid.
Remove полиwedge a belt.
Unscrew a bolt keeping a pulley of the water pump from проворачивания the special tool 3212 and remove a pulley
Loosen the a tension of a gear belt also remove it from a camshaft pulley. For protection of a gear belt against a cooling liquid close its polyethylene.

Unscrew bolts and remove the water pump (fig. 7–8).

Installation
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
At installation all linings and sealing rings replace with the new.
Establish a gear belt.
Fill in cooling liquid.
