At installation of a head of the block of cylinders with a lining it is necessary to use new bolts 7 (fig. 3.2–32) head fastenings.
At replacement of a head of the block of cylinders in cooling system it is necessary to fill in a fresh cooling liquid.
All clips and collars which at engine removal will be damaged or cut, it is necessary to replace with heads of the block of cylinders new at installation.
Before a detachment of the storage battery find out, whether there is at you a code of inclusion of a radio receiver.
Removal
Removal of a head of the block of cylinders spend on the cold engine.
The storage battery is located under a luggage space floor.
Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Merge from system of cooling of the engine cooling liquid.
Remove the left reception exhaust pipe.

Remove the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment (fig. 3.2–2 see).
Unscrew the left and right reception exhaust pipes.

Turn away the screw of fastening of the left ventilating lattice of a bumper (the right lattice is thus released also) and remove lattices (fig. 3.2–1 see).
Remove a gear belt.
Remove a vacuum hose from the block of management of the cruise-control.
Remove an accelerator cable.
Disconnect a hose of system of cooling from the crane for plum of a cooling liquid.

Disconnect electric sockets 3 and 8 from gauges of a detonation from the left and right party of a fuel highway (fig. 3.2–5 see).
Release four clips of fastening of electric wires 2, 4, 7 and 9.
Disconnect electric sockets from fuel atomizers from the left and right party of the engine.
Turn away bolts 1, 5, 6 and 10 and, being careful, remove a fuel highway.

Turn away forward bolts of fastening of the left and right final collector.
Disconnect electric sockets from ignition coils.
Unscrew and remove in a back part of the engine a pipe of system of the cooling, located between heads.

Remove covers of a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 3.2–34).
On the left head of the block of cylinders turn on and take directing pipe for the index (probeа) engine oil level.

Gradually loosen the, and then completely turn out bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 3.2–35).
Remove a head of the block of cylinders and establish it on the soft basis.
Preparation of a head for installation
Privalochnye surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders should be absolutely pure. For their clearing use a firm plastic or wooden scraper. At clearing be careful, as the aluminium alloy is very easy for damaging. Be convinced that the deposit has not got to oil and water channels. It is especially important for greasing system as the deposit can block oil giving to engine details. If necessary clean channels.
Check up привалочные surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders on presence of notches, deep scratches and other damages. Small defects can be eliminated machining, at detail major defects replace.
Using a metal ruler and probe, check up planeness привалочных surfaces.
If the deviation from planeness exceeds 0,1 mm, it is necessary перешлифовать a head. The height of a head of the block of cylinders and after machining should make not less than 139,25 mm (fig. 3.2–36).

Clear apertures under bolts in the block. At вворачивании a bolt in the aperture filled with oil the block can be broken off as a result of hydraulic pressure.
Installation
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Replace bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders.
The new lining of a head of the block of cylinders is necessary for taking from packing directly ahead of installation.
Establish a lining on directing pins, thus an inscription oben or top should be directed to a head.

Insert bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders and tighten them by hand, and then in the sequence shown in drawing 3.2–37 in three stage:
1st – the moment 40 Нм;
2nd – the moment 60 Нм;
3rd – to tighten on a corner 180 .
Further additional pulling up of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders is not required.
Before installation of an inlet collector connect a forward hose of ventilation картера.
Before installation of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders into place grease from two parties a cover lining with a thin layer of silicone greasing D 007 000 04.
Thin edge of a screw-driver put a layer of silicone greasing D 007 000 04 on transitions of sides about forward and back covers of camshafts (fig. 3.2–38).
