5.8. The klapannyj mechanismSealing ring of a camshaft
Remove a gear belt.
Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a gear belt of a camshaft and remove a pulley.

For removal of a sealing ring use a stripper 2085 (fig. 3.3–64 see). Unscrew an internal part of a stripper on six turns from an external part of a stripper and rigidly fix both parts.
Establish a stripper on a camshaft and, strongly pressing, screw in it in a sealing ring. Расфиксируйте both parts of a stripper and, rotating an internal part of a stripper, remove a sealing ring. Remove a sealing ring from a stripper.
Clear an installation site of a sealing ring.
Grease with engine oil a working edge and an external surface of a new sealing ring before its installation into place.

Оправкой 3241 (fig. 3.3–65) establish a sealing ring on a camshaft and, using a bolt of fastening of a pulley, запрессуйте a sealing ring in a nest.
Establish a pulley of a gear belt of a camshaft and a gear belt.

Removal
Before a detachment of the storage battery find out, whether there is at you a code of inclusion of a radio receiver.
Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Uncover heads of the block of cylinders.
Remove a gear belt from camshaft pulleys.

Turn away screws and remove the top section 2 of a casing of a gear belt (fig. 3.3–58 see).
Turn away screws and remove left 1 and the right 3 casings of a gear belt.

Unscrew nuts, remove fixing plates and, having pulled top, take atomizers (fig. 3.3–66).
Marker note adjusting position коромысел.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of covers of bearings and remove camshafts.
Installation
Check up, that the cranked shaft has been fixed by the adjusting screw 3242.
Unscrew from a head of the block of cylinders a hairpin located in an end face of a camshaft.
Be convinced that persistent half rings are on a place.
Check up a condition and position коромысел and hydraulic pushers.

Establish a camshaft of inlet valves into place so that in a shaft end face it was possible to establish the adaptation 3458 (fig. 3.3–67).

Establish covers of bearings 1 and 5 and fix their bolts (fig. 3.3–68).
Establish a camshaft of final valves into place so that in a shaft end face it was possible to establish the adaptation 3458.
Establish covers of bearings 0 and 4 and fix their bolts (fig. 3.3–68 see).
Repeatedly check up position коромысел and hydraulic pushers.
Clear привалочные surfaces on a head of the block of cylinders and extreme covers of a camshaft.

Put on привалочную a surface of the right internal back cover a thin layer of hermetic (rice 3.3–69).

Put on привалочную a surface of an external back or forward right cover a thin layer of hermetic (fig. 3.3–70).
Establish external covers.
Establish other covers and tighten the demanded moment of a nut of their fastening.
Screw in a hairpin.
The further installation is spent to sequences, return to removal.
Establish a gear belt.
Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
Wait 30 minutes before engine start-up that hydraulic pushers have come to a normal state, otherwise pistons can hit about valves.
