5.4. A poliklinovoj belt

The poliklinovoj belt carries out a drive of the generator, the pump of the amplifier of a steering, the fan of a radiator, the compressor of the conditioner and the water pump depending on engine updating.

Removal
Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.

Preventions
It is forbidden to open a contour of a coolant of a central air of air.
Before removal by a chalk, a marker or a paint note a rotation direction semi wedge a belt. If at installation were in the use semi wedge a belt, полиwedge the belt rotates in other party, it will lead to its destruction. Be convinced that полиwedge the belt is correctly located on pulleys.

For simplification of access to a tension roller of a gear belt it is necessary to remove заглушку 14 (fig. 3.3–22).
At installation it is necessary to use a new lining 20.

Turn out screws and remove an engine casing (fig. 3.3–24).
Remove the right and left casing of a gear belt.

Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the fan of a radiator with вязкостной муфтой, keeping from проворачивания a fan axis other wrench (fig. 3.3–26).
Unscrew the bolts located above before a radiator, and remove a casing of the fan of a radiator.
Remove the fan with вязкостной муфтой together with a casing.

Turn out screws and remove a casing semi wedge a belt (fig. 3.3–27).
Separate a casing from a tension roller semi wedge a belt of the compressor of the conditioner.

Loosen the a bolt of fastening of a tension roller semi wedge a belt of the compressor of the conditioner (fig. 3.3–28) also remove a belt.

Face key turn counter-clockwise the mechanism of a tension of the basic semi wedge a belt, thereby having weakened a belt tension, fix the tension mechanism in this position by a pin (fig. 3.3–29) and remove a belt.

Installation
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.

Establish полиwedge a belt at first on a pulley of a cranked shaft, then on single pulleys and in last turn on a pulley of a tension roller (fig. 3.3–30).
Face key turn counter-clockwise the tension mechanism semi wedge a belt, take a pin and release a key therefore the belt will stretch (fig. 33–29).
Establish полиwedge a belt of a drive of the compressor of the conditioner.

Dinamometrichesky key with шестигранной a head on 6 mm turn a tension roller semi wedge a belt of the compressor of the conditioner counter-clockwise till the moment 7 Нм and, keeping dynamometer a key in this position, the second key tighten a bolt of fastening of a tension roller semi wedge a belt the moment 22 Нм (fig. 3.3–31).
Establish a casing semi wedge a belt.
Establish the fan of a radiator with вязкостной муфтой.
Start up the engine and check up correctness of work semi wedge a belt.

5.5. A gear belt
