5.1. The general dataOn cars establish six-cylinder diesel V-shaped engines with liquid cooling. Engines settle down in a motor compartment is longitudinal.
Engine cylinders are cast from grey pig-iron for a single whole with the block of cylinders. Heads of the block of cylinders are made of an easy alloy and fasten to the block of cylinders bolts. In a head of the block of cylinders запрессованы steel directing plugs of valves. To the bottom part of the block of cylinders of the engine the oil pallet consisting of two sections fastens. In it flows down the oil necessary for greasing and cooling of the engine.
In engines the scheme of a cross-section stream at which air arrives in engine cylinders on the one hand is used, and the fulfilled gases leave on the other hand the engine. Atomizers submit fuel directly to engine cylinders.
On each section of the block of cylinders the separate head of the block with two camshafts is established. The drive of camshafts of inlet valves is carried out by one gear belt. The drive of camshafts of final valves is carried out by a tooth gearing from camshafts of inlet valves.
Klapannye backlashes are regulated automatically by means of hydraulic pushers, therefore manual adjustment is not required.
For oil giving to rubbing surfaces of the engine the oil pump put in action by a chain from a cranked shaft serves. Under pressure oil moves on channels to bearings of cranked and distributive shaft.
