Unscrew two bolts (fig. 3.1–26 see) fastenings of arms of pipelines to an automatic transmission.
All models
Unscrew bolts of fastening of the bottom section of the oil pallet and remove it.
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Plastic or wooden scraper clear of an old lining привалочные surfaces of the top and bottom sections of the oil pallet
In regular intervals on a diagonal tighten bolts of fastening of the oil pallet at first the moment 5 Нм, and then definitively moment 10 Нм.
The top section of the oil pallet of the petrol engine of 2,8 l
Before a detachment of the storage battery find out, whether there is at you a code of inclusion of a radio receiver.
Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Take the index (probe) engine oil level.
Remove the bottom section of the oil pallet.

Unscrew the bottom bolts (fig. 3.1–31 see) engine fastenings to the bottom frame.

Unscrew bolts of fastening of a support 1 (fig. 3.1–30) the jack of a twisting moment of the engine see and, moving a support, remove it.

Turn away four screws and remove an engine casing (fig. 3.1–41 see).

Loosen the collars also remove the air branch pipe which is connecting a flowmeter of air and soaking up the pipeline (fig. 3.1–42 see).
Disconnect electric sockets from the gauge of the Hall and a spark plug of the fifth cylinder.

Disconnect draught of management 1 (fig. 3.1–14 see) from the vacuum block.
Remove from the vacuum block a vacuum hose 3.
Unscrew a nut 2 and remove the vacuum block.

Disconnect hoses of system of ventilation картера from the right and left covers of heads of the block of cylinders (fig. 3.1–6 see).
Unscrew the valve (fig. 3.1–6) for switching of the soaking up pipeline see and move it together with the pipeline aside.
Being careful, remove vacuum hoses (rice 3.1–6 see).
Turn away screws (fig. 3.1–6 see) and remove an air branch pipe from the case of throttle knot.
Disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of temperature of cooling liquid G2.

Remove protective casings in a back part of a motor compartment (fig. 3.1–7 see).
Prepare an adapter 10–222А/4 and the load-lifting device 10–222А with captures for engine support.
Establish an adapter 10–222А/4 and the load-lifting device 10–222А on support of racks of a forward suspension bracket.
Fix capture of the load-lifting device on the engine.
Rotating screws of the elevating device, pull capture so that the engine weight was perceived by the elevating device.
Press hoses of system of cooling about the oil heat exchanger.
Establish under the engine capacity for liquid gathering.
Disconnect hoses from the oil heat exchanger.
Establish under the oil filter capacity for engine oil gathering.
Remove the oil filter.
Remove the oil heat exchanger.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine about the top section of the oil pallet.

At presence unscrew fastening bolts маслоприемной tubes to the oil pump (fig. 6–18).

Unscrew bolts of fastening of the top section of the oil pallet (fig. 6–19).
Remove the top section of the oil pallet from aligning plugs of the block of cylinders.
Disconnect electric sockets from gauges of emergency pressure of oil.
Move downwards the top section of the oil pallet and take it from below the car.
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Plastic or wooden scraper clear of an old lining привалочные surfaces of the top and bottom section of the oil pallet.
At installation it is necessary to use new linings and sealing rings.
On a carving of bolts (fig. 6–19 see) before them ввинчиванием, put контровочный structure D 000 600 A2, interfering their self-unscrewing.
In regular intervals on a diagonal tighten bolts of fastening of the top section of the oil pallet at first the moment 5 Нм, and then definitively moment 10 Нм.
Screw in and tighten bolts of fastening of the top section of the oil pallet to a transmission the moment: M8 – 25 Нм, M10 – 45 Нм.
Establish the bottom section of the oil pallet.
Fill in in cooling system cooling liquid.
Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.
Lift glasses electric glass lifts upwards against the stop. Then press all switches стеклоподъемника once again, at least for 1 second, in position of closing for activation of the block of management glass lifts.
Establish time for hours.
The oil pump of the petrol engine of 2,8 l
Remove a gear belt.

Unscrew a bolt 3 (fig. 3.1–63 see) fastenings of a pulley of a cranked shaft.
Remove the top section of the oil pallet.

Clear привалочные surfaces of the oil pump and the block of cylinders of the engine, establish the oil pump and fix its bolts.
Establish a new forward epiploon of a cranked shaft, having greased with engine oil its working edge and an external surface.

Using the mandrel 3265 (fig. 3.1–65 see) establish an epiploon on a cranked shaft and, using a bolt of fastening of a pulley, запрессуйте it in a nest.
Establish a pulley 1 (fig. 3.1–63) a gear belt of a cranked shaft, распорную the plug see and screw in a fastening bolt. On a basic surface between a pulley and cranked shaft there should not be a greasing. It is not supposed to grease a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft.
At installation it is necessary to use a new bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft.
Establish a gear belt.
Establish the top section of the oil pallet.
Establish the bottom section of the oil pallet.
