Release clamps and remove forward section of the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment (fig. 3.3–35 see).

Disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of level of oil (fig. 6–3).
Establish under the engine capacity for gathering of a cooling liquid.
Unscrew a stopper and merge cooling liquid.
Unscrew a fastening bolt to the block of cylinders of the holder of a pipe plum of a cooling liquid.
Establish under the engine capacity for engine oil gathering.
Merge engine oil, for what loosen the a stopper oil plum approximately on a half-turn. Place capacity for oil gathering under a stopper plum and unscrew a stopper completely. If it is necessary, press a stopper when unscrew that oil did not follow prematurely.
When oil completely will flow out, screw in into place a stopper.
Unscrew bolts and remove the bottom section of the oil pallet.
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal.
The note
At installation it is necessary to use new sealing rings.
On engines with a lining on the bottom section of the oil pallet check up a condition and a lining arrangement.
Plastic or wooden scraper clear of an old lining привалочные surfaces of the top and bottom sections of the oil pallet.
By means of a rotating metal brush, насаженной on an electric drill, clear hermetic from the oil pallet.

Put a layer of hermetic D176 404 А2 in diameter 3 mm on привалочную a surface of the oil pallet (fig. 6–4).
After drawing of a layer of hermetic the oil pallet is necessary for establishing during 5 mines, to allow to dry up to hermetic of 30 mines and only after that to fill in in the engine engine oil.
The hermetic layer should be in diameter no more than 3 mm as surpluses of hermetic can get to oil and block the mesh filter.
In regular intervals on a diagonal tighten bolts of fastening of the oil pallet.
On engines with a lining on the bottom section of the oil pallet do not draw bolts, the lining of the oil pallet otherwise is deformed.
On engines in which the bottom section of the oil pallet is established on hermetic, tighten fastening bolts at first the moment 5 Нм, then definitively moment 10 Нм.

Unscrew the bolts located above before a radiator, and remove a casing of the fan of a radiator.
Remove the fan with вязкостной муфтой together with a casing.

For a bolt of fastening of a pulley turn a cranked shaft in a direction of working rotation before label occurrence OT (ВМТ) on distributive to a shaft in an aperture маслоналивной mouths (fig. 3.3–33 see).
Turn away screws of fastening of a heater of an exhaust pipe and a noise isolation of an additional heater (fig. 3.3–34 see).
Release clamps and remove forward section of the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment (fig. 3.3–35 see).

Unscrew two bolts and remove an arm of the soundproofing panel (fig. 3.3–36 see)

Loosen the, but do not unscrew a bolt of fastening of 1 asterisk of the oil pump (fig. 6–6 see).
Loosen the, but do not unscrew a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of a balancing shaft (fig. 6–6 see).
Unscrew hollow bolts of 4 fastenings маслопровода the oil pump and a balancing shaft, and also a bolt of 2 fastenings of an arm маслопровода and remove маслопровод.
Unscrew two bolts and remove delivery маслопровод.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of an intermediate asterisk of a chain and remove it.
Unscrew bolts and remove an asterisk from a shaft of the oil pump.

Unscrew bolts and remove the oil pump (fig. 6–7).
Establish the oil pump in sequence, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Check up, that adjusting screws 3242 and 3204 were on the places.
Tighten a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the oil pump.
Establish the bottom section of the oil pallet.
Establish the fan of a radiator with вязкостной муфтой.
