Disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of level of oil (fig. 6–9).
Establish under the engine capacity for engine oil gathering.
Merge engine oil, having turned away a stopper oil plum approximately on a half-turn. Place the container for oil plum under a stopper plum of oil and unscrew a stopper completely. If it is necessary, press a stopper when unscrew that oil did not follow prematurely.
When oil completely will flow out, screw in a stopper into place.
Remove a returnable hose of 2 systems of ventilation картера (fig. 6–9 see).
Unscrew bolts and remove the bottom section of the oil pallet.
Plastic or wooden scraper clear of an old lining привалочные surfaces of the top and bottom sections of the oil pallet.

Put a layer of silicone hermetic in diameter of 3 mm on привалочную a surface of the oil pallet (fig. 6–10).
The hermetic layer should be in diameter no more than 3 mm as surpluses of hermetic can get to oil and block the mesh filter.
Establish the bottom section of the oil pallet on the engine.
Tighten fastening bolts at first the moment 5 Нм, and then definitively moment 10 Нм.
Fill in cooling liquid.
Chain of a drive of the oil pump of the diesel engine of 3,3 l
Remove a forward cover from the block of cylinders.

Drive of the oil pump adjusting pin T40011 (fig. 6–11).
Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove натяжитель chains.
Fix from проворачивания an asterisk of the oil pump the special adaptation and unscrew a bolt of fastening of an asterisk.
Remove an asterisk from a shaft of the oil pump together with a chain.
If necessary remove from a cranked shaft a leading asterisk of a chain.
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
At installation of a leading asterisk of a chain marks on an asterisk should be directed forward.
At installation of an asterisk of the oil pump marks on an asterisk should be directed back.
Establish a forward cover of the block of cylinders.
The oil pump of the diesel engine of 3,3 l
Remove the bottom section of the oil pallet.
Remove a chain of a drive of the oil pump.

Establish a chain of a drive of the oil pump.
Establish the bottom section of the oil pallet.
The top section of the oil pallet of the diesel engine of 3,3 l
Remove a back cover.
Remove the oil pump.
Remove left and right турбокомпрессоры.
Remove an arm of the oil filter with the heat exchanger.
Unscrew a bolt and remove directing pipe for the index (probeа) oil level.
Remove the valve of restriction of pressure наддувочного air.
Remove the pump of hydraulic system of the amplifier of a steering.
Remove the left support of the engine.
Remove the left pipe of system of cooling.

Unscrew bolts of fastening of the top section of the oil pallet and remove the oil pallet (fig. 6–15).
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
At installation it is necessary to use new sealing rings and linings. On linings apply a thin film means AMV 188 001 02.
Plastic or wooden scraper clear of an old lining привалочные surfaces of the top section of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders.

Establish an arm of the oil filter.
Establish right and left турбокомпрессоры.
