17.5. Back shaft of a drive
Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, remove a cap from the central part of a disk of a wheel.
On the car standing on wheels, loosen the bolts of fastening of external SHRUS to naves of back wheels.
Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports. Remove back wheels.
Unscrew a bolt and remove gauge ABS from a rotary fist.

Unscrew bolts, remove a support of a back brake and a soft wire adhere a support to a body (fig. 11–9). The support should not hang on a brake hose.
Remove a brake disk.

Unscrew bolts and remove a protective casing of a brake disk (fig. 11–10).
The special adaptation, compress a spring of a forward suspension bracket and remove it (fig. 11–10 see). At use of the special adaptation for compression of springs reliably grasp coils of a spring and compress a spring from opposite sides.
The spring has very big effort of compression, therefore use only very reliable tool. At all do not connect a spring a wire.
Unscrew an internal SHRUS from a flange of the main reverse gear.

Unscrew a nut of fastening 2 (fig. 11–11) earrings of the stabilizer and take an earring from a rotary fist.
Unscrew bolts 6 and a nut 3 bottom fastenings of a rotary fist.
Unscrew a nut and, using a stripper, remove operating draught 4 from a rotary fist.
Unscrew a bolt of fastening 5 external SHRUS to a nave of a back wheel.
Reject aside the bottom part of a rotary fist and remove a drive shaft.
In no event it is impossible to lower the car on wheels with removed by two or one shaft of a drive as it will lead to damage of bearings of a nave of a wheel. If it is necessary to establish the car on wheels and to move it with the removed shaft of a drive, instead of a shaft establish an external SHRUS and tighten a bolt of its fastening by the moment 50 Н·м.
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
At installation it is necessary to use new self-locking nuts and a bolt of fastening of an external SHRUS to a nave.
Attach a drive shaft to a leading flange of the main reverse gear and tighten bolts the moment 77 Н·м.
Establish and tighten nuts and a bolt of fastening of the bottom lever and operating draught (fig. 11–11 see).

Establish a spring of a back suspension bracket into place and remove from it the adaptation so that its bottom end has correctly settled down in the bottom plate of a spring (fig. 11–12).
Establish a support of a back brake.
Apply a thin film greasings on a fillet of the nave aligning a disk of a wheel. Establish a wheel and fix its bolts. Lower the car and tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the demanded moment.
Screw in and tighten bolts of fastening of external SHRUS to naves of forward wheels the moment 190 Н·м and in addition tighten them on a corner 180 °. Bolts of fastening of shaft of a drive to naves of forward wheels tighten only on the car standing on wheels.
