15.2. Removal and installation of a mechanical boxRemoval
Before a detachment of the storage battery find out, whether there is at you a code of inclusion of a radio receiver.
Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Loosen the collars also remove the air branch pipe which is connecting a flowmeter of air and soaking up the pipeline.
Disconnect electric sockets of ljambda-gauges.
Unscrew nuts of fastening of the right and left reception exhaust pipes.
Unscrew the top bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine.

Release clamps and remove the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment (fig. 3.1–1 see).

Unscrew two bolts and remove an arm of the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment (fig. 3.1–2 see)
Unscrew bolts and remove the protective casings located over left and right shaft of the drive.
Unscrew bolts and disconnect internal hinges of shaft of a drive from a transmission. Using a soft wire, suspend the internal ends of shaft of a drive to a body.

Unscrew bolts of fastening of the left and right reception exhaust pipes to каталитическому to neutralizer (fig. 9–1).
Release connecting clips of exhaust pipes and remove reception exhaust pipes and каталитический neutralizer.

Disconnect an electric socket In (fig. 9–3 see) from the backing switch (the multipurpose gauge).
Disconnect other sockets and a wire of connection with "weight" from a transmission.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of a starter, remove it and fix on the engine, without disconnecting from it wires.

Unscrew a bolt and remove draught from a gear change rod (fig. 9–4).
Unscrew the bottom bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine, except for the bolts located on each side of a flange of a transmission.
Fix on a stationary jack the special adaptation, establish under a transmission and lift a jack so that the transmission weight was perceived by a jack.
In the absence of special adaptations for transmission removal support a transmission a jack through wooden брусок.

Unscrew bolts of fastening of the left and right support of a transmission (fig. 9–5).
Unscrew the remained two bottom bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine.
Move a transmission from the engine and lower it on 15 sm that access to the working cylinder of a drive of coupling has opened.

Unscrew the working cylinder and a soft wire attach it to a body (fig. 9–6). Do not disconnect from the working cylinder a hydraulic hose and do not press a coupling pedal.
Being careful, lower a transmission and take it from under the car.
Installation
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Check up a coupling condition.
Clear шлицевую a part of a leading shaft of a transmission and grease with a thin layer of special greasing G 000 100. The greasing layer should be thin and uniform, otherwise at coupling work excessive greasing will be rejected on working surfaces of coupling that can break its work.
Apply a thin film greasings on the head of a pusher interfaced to the lever of deenergizing of coupling.
Be convinced that in the block of cylinders of the engine directing plugs for a transmission centering are established.
Having raised, attach a transmission to the engine and establish the working cylinder of a drive of coupling.
Move a transmission to the engine so that the leading shaft of a transmission has entered in Slots a conducted disk of coupling. For combination шлицев an entrance shaft of a transmission with шлицами a conducted disk of coupling, probably, it is necessary to turn a cranked shaft of the engine slightly. At transmission installation the leading shaft should not hang on a coupling disk.
Having moved a transmission forward, establish картер couplings on directing plugs of the block of cylinders.
Insert bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine and at this stage tighten their moment 25 Нм.
Establish a starter.
Tighten bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine the demanded moment.
Connect a wire of connection with "weight" to a transmission.
Screw in bolts of fastening of support of a transmission (fig. 9–5 see).
Remove the adaptation for a transmission raising.
Connect to a transmission drive shaft.
Establish protective casings of shaft of a drive and fix their bolts.
Establish and screw to a transmission draught of management.
Connect to a transmission electric sockets of a tachometre and backing light.
Establish a reception exhaust pipe.
Check up and if necessary finish to norm oil level in a transmission.
Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.
Include a radio receiver and enter into it a code.
Lift glasses electric glass lifts upwards against the stop. Then press all switches стеклоподъемника once again, at least for 1 second, in position of closing for activation of the block of management glass lifts.
Establish time for hours.
Before engine start-up check up presence and engine oil level in the engine.
