23.11. An arm of the compressor of the conditionerThe prevention
It is forbidden to open a contour of a coolant of a central air of air. Do not suppose contact of a coolant to a skin.
The conditioner compressor together with an arm can be removed and established, without opening a coolant contour. At carrying out of repair work the conditioner compressor can be removed and suspended in a motor compartment, without disconnecting from it hoses.
Chalk, marker or paint note a rotation direction semi wedge a belt. If at installation полиwedge the belt rotates in other party, it will lead to its destruction.
Six-cylinder petrol engines
Removal
On six-cylinder petrol engines are used various поликлиновые belts for a drive of the compressor of conditioner Zexel or Denso.
For protection of sealing rings against heat influence in a final collector it is necessary to establish thermofilters on pipes of a central air of air.
Release clamps and remove the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment.
Remove the oil filter.
Loosen the a tension semi wedge a belt also remove it from a pulley of the compressor of the conditioner.
Take electric wires of the compressor of the conditioner from fastenings.

Turn away four bolts of fastening of an arm of the compressor of the conditioner (fig. 17–20).
Move the conditioner compressor together with the wires attached to it and tubes aside and a soft wire fix it on a body.

Six-cylinder diesel engines
Removal
Loosen the a tension semi wedge a belt also remove it from a pulley of the compressor of the conditioner.
Take electric wires of the compressor of the conditioner from fastenings.

Unscrew four bolts of fastening of an arm of the compressor of the conditioner (fig. 17–23).
Move the conditioner compressor together with the wires attached to it and tubes aside and a soft wire fix it on a body.
Installation
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal.
At installation of the compressor of the conditioner check up, that aligning plugs were on a place.
Tighten bolts of fastening of an arm of the compressor of the conditioner the moment 20 Нм.
Eight-cylinder engines
Removal
Turn away screws and remove the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment.
Compressor Zexel
Loosen the a tension semi wedge a belt also remove it from a pulley of the compressor of the conditioner.
Take electric wires of the compressor of the conditioner from fastenings.

Turn away bolts of fastening of the compressor of the conditioner and move the compressor aside, without disconnecting from it pipelines (fig. 17–24).
Keep directing plugs of the compressor of the conditioner.
Unscrew bolts and remove an arm of the compressor of the conditioner and the pump of the amplifier of a steering.
Installation
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal.
At installation of the compressor of the conditioner check up, that aligning plugs were on a place.
Tighten bolts of fastening of an arm of the compressor of the conditioner the moment 25 Нм.
