14.5. A conducted disk of coupling

The prevention

Using special tool VW-3067 or a screw-driver, for teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel block it from проворачивания (fig. 8–9).

Check up a condition of a press disk of coupling. Development traces on the ends of a press spring should be no more than 0,3 mm (fig. 8–10).

Check up reliability of spring connection between a press disk and a coupling casing. Scratches and absence or damage of rivets (fig. 8–11) are not supposed.

Installation
At installation new a conducted disk or a press disk of coupling remove from them anticorrosive protection.
At installation of a conducted disk watch, that on its frictional overlays even in insignificant quantities oil has not got. Therefore before installation by pure rags wipe привалочную a surface of a flywheel and a surface of a press disk, establish a conducted disk clean hands.
Grease Slots in a nave of a conducted disk with a thin layer of special greasing on a basis дисульфида molybdenum.
Establish a conducted disk on a flywheel so that the acting part of a nave of a disk has been directed outside, to a transmission.
Establish coupling in gathering, combining apertures in a casing of coupling with directing pins of a flywheel. At repeated installation before the removed press disk of coupling check up, that the labels put before removal were combined.
Tighten bolts of fastening of a casing of coupling so that the conducted disk of coupling has been pressed, but at the same time could move in the parties.
Using special the mandrel or an old primary shaft of a transmission, centre a disk of coupling concerning a flywheel.
The conducted disk of coupling can be centered special оправкой concerning a casing with a press disk in gathering.
After a centering of a conducted disk gradually on a diagonal tighten bolts of fastening of a casing of coupling by the moment 25 Нм.
Take the mandrel from a conducted disk.
Grease шлицевую a part of a primary shaft of a transmission and directing plug of the bearing of deenergizing of coupling with a thin layer of special greasing on a basis дисульфида molybdenum.
Establish a transmission.
