16.4. A holder of the hinge of a shaft of a driveRemoval
Remove from the SHRUS end face a lock ring and a face cover.
Remove from a drive shaft an internal SHRUS for what screw in in a shaft an old bolt, establish a holder of a shaft of a drive on tubular the mandrel and, striking on a bolt a plastic hammer, press on the hinge case on a drive shaft, thus hold a drive shaft at an angle nearby 20 .
Remove collars of fastening of a protective cover of the hinge and shift a cover on a drive shaft.

Remove a sealing ring from an end face of the case of the hinge.

Remove a lock ring, крепящее a hinge holder to a drive shaft (fig. 10–9).
Using a stripper, remove a holder of the hinge from a drive shaft.
Remove the case of the hinge from a drive shaft.
Carefully clear a shaft and the case of the hinge of greasing.
Check up a condition of a holder of the hinge, rollers and the hinge case.
Installation
Put on a drive shaft a small collar of fastening of a protective cover and a protective cover.
Establish on a shaft the hinge case.
Establish on a shaft of a drive a holder with rollers and fix its lock ring.
Put 70 г greasings G 000 605 on a hinge holder from outside a shaft of a drive and establish into place the hinge case.
Put 70 г greasings G 000 605 on the other hand holders.

Establish at an end face of the case of the hinge a sealing ring, a cover and a lock ring (fig. 10–10).
Establish on the hinge a protective cover and fix its collars, preliminary having raised a screw-driver internal edge of a cover for alignment of pressure of air under a cover.

For fastening of collars it is necessary to use the tool 1683 (fig. 10–7 see). Tool sponges establish on corners of a clip of a collar and in this position compress sponges the screw, having tightened its moment 20 Нм.
