9.5. The fuel filter

Remove a casing on the right side of a motor compartment (fig. 5.1–4).

Having pulled, remove a spring clip of 4 fastenings of the adjusting valve 6 (fig. 5.1–5).
Remove the adjusting valve together with the connected pipelines.
Loosen the collars also remove hoses of a supply of fuel 2 and 3 from unions of the fuel filter.
Loosen the a nut of 5 fastenings of an arm also remove the fuel filter.
Put on the plastic adjusting plug the new fuel filter.
Establish the fuel filter in an arm and fix a clip of an arm a nut. The direction of a stream of fuel is specified by an arrow on the filter.
Establish a sealing ring and the adjusting valve into place and fix their spring clip.

Identical sealing rings 3 and 16 (fig. 5.1–3 see) are established on an arm by funneled surfaces upwards.
At installation of the adjusting valve of the marksman on it should be directed to a fuel tank.
Establish hoses of a supply of fuel 2 and 3 (fig. 5.1–5) on the fuel filter see and fix their collars.
Check of the adjusting valve:
– At temperature more low +15 С the valve is opened;
– At temperature above +31 С the valve is closed.
